What is Legends of DotA? (LoD):

Legends of DotA, or in short, LoD, is a DotA modification. It allows you to pick and mix skills from the original DotA map as you like. You can pick almost every combination you can think of, there are almost no limits - you can create new heroes within a few clicks and play with them!

Ever imagined playing a hero with over 900 range? Just pick Sniper's and Lanaya's range increase skills and you're good to go! There are countless possibilities!

To remove the fact that hotkeys overlay, we recommend using AHT - AucT's Hotkey Tool. It allows you to have more than 1 spell on the same hotkey while not forcing you to click spells.

NOTE: There is no AI support.

Features:

*The following combinations have been unlocked:
-Blizzard: Crystal Nova, Smoke Screen, Curse of the Silent, Spirit Form, Avalanche, Shrapnel, Acid Spray, Dream Coil, Torrent, Calldown, Kinetic Field, Sleight of Fist, Overwhelming Odds, Maledict, Earthbind, Weave, Decay, Vacuum, Sticky Napalm, Ice Vortex, Reflection, Soul Catcher, Sun Strike, Nether Blast
-Inferno: Split Earth, Light Strike Array, Spin Web, Rain of Chaos
*Enabled Moon Glaive, as a buff placer, ranged only skill. The stacking rules of this skill are the same as for Poison Sting.
*The following skill can now be multicast: Reflection
*You are now reminded of your spells before picking a hero
*Entering -ready during the skill picking phase allows you to choose your remaining skills randomly
*The -si, -skillinfo, -spellinfo commands allow you to see your teammates' abilities in the scoreboard, similarly to -ii and -iteminfo
*The game now defaults to -sdzmls when left alone, instead of normal mode (that didn't work)

Bug fixes:

*Illusions from morphed heroes are now morphed as well
*Fixed fatal errors sometimes happening in -s5 or -s6
*Fixed Essence Aura not increasing mana pool when chosen as a 5th skill
*Fixed the 10th players having only 8 heroes in -sd
*Fixed interactions between Jinada, Tidebringer and Bounty Hunter's Wind Walk
*Fixed illusions not increasing in size with Grow!
*Fixed Grow! to start growing from your hero's current size
*Fixed Grow! to correctly slow your hero's attacks and increase your size when chosen as a 6th skill
*Fixed heroes sometimes getting all aura buffs in the game
*Fixed Meepo having some passives and being unable to gain some other passives
*Fixed -sp (hide/show passives) malfunctioning in ardm
*Fixed Mana Break having no visual on attacked units
*Fixed being able to random spells from heroes you do not have in -sd or -md modes

Modes, Balance & Commands

LoD Modes:

Recommended mode: -SD
Additional modes: -AP, -AR, -SD, -MD

Other Modes:

-bo Balance Off
-d2 Provides a choice of 20 heroes. ( only works with 'sd' or 'md' )
-d3 Provides a choice of 30 heroes. ( only works with 'sd' or 'md' )
-d4 Provides a choice of 40 heroes. ( only works with 'sd' or 'md' )
-d5 Provides a choice of 50 heroes. ( only works with 'sd' or 'md' )
-s5 allows you to pick 5 skills.( does not work with 's6' )
-s6 allows you to pick 6 skills (1 extra ultimate and 1 extra normal ability). ( does not work with 's5' )
-ra Random Abilities, the extra abilities from s5 & s6 are chosen randomly.(works with only 's5' or 's6')
-fn Fast Neutrals, first neutrals spawn already after drafting, then 30 seconds after, then the normal 1 minute spawn
-ss See Skills, allows you to see the enemy skills while drafting as well( only works with 'ap' , 'sd' or 'md' )
-ab Anti Backdoor
-ul Unlimited Level
-os One Skill, skills can't be picked twice on each side
-ls Limit Skills, you cannot have more than 2 passive skills and more than 2 skills from a single hero

Balance:

*The silence from Last Word lasts only 0.75/1/1.25/1.5s.
*Multicast chances reduced x2 by 7%/3.5%/0%, x3 by 7%/3.5%, x4 by 7%
*Rearm has a 15/10/5 hidden cooldown after refreshing before being able to refresh again
*Feast only regenerates/deals 1/2/3/4% HP on ranged heroes.
*Greater Bash only has a 10% proc chance on ranged heroes.
*Dispersion disperses only 6/8/10/12% damage on STR heroes and heroes morphed from a STR metamorphosis.
*Essence Shift only works on half the attacks for ranged heroes.
*Spell with a cooldown less than or equal to 3s can not proc Aftershock, Fiery Soul, Static Field, Warpath, Overload (except if they originally could proc the spell).

Ingame Commands:

-FF (Fast Finish)
-WFF (Who FF'd)
-SP #(Toggle passive skill display, # is the skill's place number while drafting)
-SDDON/-SDDOFF (System Display Damage)
-ADDTIME (Adds 1 minute to the clock when picking skills, can be entered at most once)
-READY (During the skill picking phase, chooses your remaining skills randomly)
